Alp Web Studio ("we", "us", "our") builds lead-generating websites for trades businesses in Nova Scotia, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit alpwebstudio.com or get in touch, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose: we do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell your information.

Information you give us. When you book a call through our scheduler, or contact us by email or phone, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business details, and anything you choose to write in your message.
Booking information. Calls are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, the details you enter (such as name, email, and your selected time) are processed by Calendly on our behalf so we can meet with you. See Calendly's own privacy policy for how they handle that data.
Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most websites, our host automatically logs basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, to keep the site secure, available, and working properly. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics or advertising tracking.
Fonts. We load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in running our business to process this information. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your choices and rights" below).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed:

Some of our service providers are located outside Canada, including in the United States. When information is processed in another country, it may be subject to the laws of that country. We work with established providers that maintain appropriate safeguards.
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal and business record-keeping needs, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you have the right to ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent to our use of it. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including serving the site over HTTPS and working with reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here.
